3 numbered cubes are thrown. What's the possibility that 3 numbered cubes will show 3 different numbers?

Why are they called ‘number cubes’?
If we toss three dice how many outcomes are possible?
There six on the first, six on the second, and six on the third: 63=216.
How may ways for all three to be different: six on the first, five on the second, and four on the third; (6)(5)(4)=120.
Now you find the probability that all three are different

I don't know, but I've noticed this new term cropping up a lot lately, especially in the books for the younger kids. Maybe the whole "D.A.R.E." ethos is being extended to the "evils" of gambling...?
