Rational Number Question/Problem

I am confused on this certain problem.I have tried to think that it would be -3(8) but I am not sure exactly how to word it or say it.

The problem is: -3.8 written as the ratio of two integers.

I tried searching google and I found this forum site so I am looking for some help.I have tried to merge it together but it says -38 and that isn't right for the question at hand.How do I know? Because it doesen't fit the worksheet box I am completing.

What is it you need to do?. Merely come up with 2 integers which when divided equal -3.8?.

x/10=-3.8, for that matter. Solve for x.
