hello, could anybody help me with this one? thanks.

find the value of b so that the graph of bx+4y = 6 has a slope of 3.

solve for y to get the equation in point-slope form ...

bx + 4y = 6

4y = -bx + 6

y = (-b/4)x + (3/2)

now, what represents the slope in the last equation?

... set that equal to 3 and solve.
