In a recent survey, 61% of the community favored building police substations in their neighborhood. If fourteen citizens are chosen, find the probability that exactly 11 of them favor building the police station.

I need help, please. Thank you!

This is a straight-forward application of the Binomial Distribution. Find your formula for calculating Binomial Coefficients and simple calculate the desired value.

Consider the expansion of \(\displaystyle \L\,(p + q)^{14}\). How do you pick one term out of the middle?
