I'm not that good at mulitpul probabilty stuff. The question says:

"The spinner is spun four times. What is the probability that the spinner stops on 4, 2, 3, and 1, in that order?

The spinner has four numbers: 1, 2, 3, and 4. That's it. I can get some on them but not this one.

How many different combinations of the four numbers are there? (I am assuming that the spinner is equally likely to stop on any given number.) Of all of those, how many are the precise combination "4, 2, 3, and then 1"?

The probability is (number of desired outcomes)/(number of possible outcomes).
