The tires of a car cover about 2.5 meters of ground in one revolution and the tires are rotating at 500 revolutions per minute. What is the speed of the car?

Think about it. If the tire covers 2.5 meters per rev. and it turns 500 revs in a minutes, how many meters is that?.

\(\displaystyle \L\\(2.5\frac{m}{\sout{rev}})(500\frac{\sout{rev}}{min})\)

That's how many meters it travelled in a minute. Now, how many in an hour?.
