Toss two dice: Find prob. of sum > 7 given that....

Toss two dice and add the numbers. What is the probability of a number greater than 7 given that one dice is at least 4?

I don't have any works so far, because i drew out a chart of all possible outcomes, but then if one dice is at least 4 is what I don't understand

How many of the pairs have at least one of the numbers 4 or more?
Example: (2,4) or (5,6) BUT not (2,3).

The how many of those have their sum more than 7?
 
I understand that the pairs have to be, example (2,4) or (5,6). How do I find all possible pairs? That may be a stupid question, Sorry.
 
I came up with 3 possiblilities. 4,3 5,2 6,1--so it's 3/36 or about 8.333333% probability??
 
List all 36 possible pairs.
27 will have at least one term 4 or more.
How many of the 27 sum to more than 7?

Why would that slow you down? You know what dice are, right? And you can draw your own six-by-six grid, right? So make your own chart; it isn't hard.
