But the process is fairly simple, and should be amply illustrated in your textbook and in the classnotes you've obtained from friends (as well as the reply you received in your other, almost identical, thread):

. . . . .Subtract to find the absolute (positive numerical) change.

. . . . .Divide the absolute change by the original value.

. . . . .Convert the answer from a decimal to a percentage.
