This one really has me stumped:

10(x - 3) - x + 2 - 2(x + 1) = 3(3 + x) - 9

So far I have gotten rid of the parenthesis...

10x - 30 - x + 2 - 2 - 2x - 2 = 9 + 3x - 9

I dont know where to go from there except to combine like terms on both sides of the equal sign...

7x - 30 = 3x

For some reason I dont know where to go from there...
I think I may have something wrong, probably with the -/+ signs...
HELP!!! :?

Have you tried combining like terms across the equal sign? Subtract 3x from both sides and see if that gets you anywhere.
