A bottler measures the tart-sweet balance in a can of Quench soda. The quenc bottler wants the variance to be at most 2.25, but their quality-control inspector suspects the variance has become to large. A random sample of size 35 has a variance of 3.65, using alpha (a).05 what would you conclude.

Im lost on this problem.
I know that it is a large sample size but I dont know where to go from there. Can someone help me?

It is not a very large sample. It may be big enough.

What is your Null Hypothesis? Alternate Hypothesis?
What test will you be using? Critical Numbers?
