Find 3 consecutive integers that add up to 75, 3 that add up to 99, and 3 that add up to 150. If n is a number that is the sum of 3 consecutive numbers, what divisor must it have? (Hint... what number divides the sum evenly)

I have no idea where to start on this, can someone please help? Thank you in advance.

Find 3 consecutive integers that add up to 75,

(x-1) + x + (x+1) = 75

3 that add up to 99,

(x-1) + x + (x+1) = 99

and 3 that add up to 150. you set up this one

If n is a number that is the sum of 3 consecutive numbers, what divisor must it have? (Hint... what number did you have to use to divide the sum evenly ?)

I have no idea where to start on this, can someone please help? Thank you in advance.

75/3 = 25 making the three integers 24, 25 and 26.

99/3 = 33 making the integers 32, ,33 and 34.

150/3 = 50 making the integers 49, 50 and 51.
