A manager interviews in random order 5 candidates for a promotion. What is the likely hood that the most experienced candidate will be interviewed first followed by the second most experienced?

Would it not be: \(\displaystyle \frac{3!}{5!}\).
Because the three least qualified can be interviewed in any order.
