Can someone help me on this problem.

I am confused whether the answer is A or C cause my friend got A and i somehow got C. So after comparing my answer with his. i am doubting myself on this problem.

and as for my friend. i dunno what formula he used. he said something about dividing by 80 tho >.>
 
You are not using the data regarding the # of employees.

Multiply each # of column C - with corresponding # of employees.

Add all those.

Divide by the total # of employees.
