y-intercept, x-intercept and slope

if i had these two coordinates:
(-2,0) (1,3)
how would I go about finding the y-intercept, the x-intercept and the slope?

I'm sorry to disappoint, but free online services such as this have no paid staff waiting on-hand to provide instant replies.
