Please explain step by step what is the first order of operations and help me solve

This exercise works very similarly to an earlier one you'd posted, for which you'd received the complete worked solution. Since you still need complete step-by-step help, this would suggest that (1) giving out the answers when no work is shown might not be very helpful for learning, and (2) you need lessons, so that you can understand what you've been shown.
