linear equations: F= 1.8 C + 32.0

I have a problem I can not figure out how to do the F and C can some please help me. an example of one of my problems is

F= 1.8 C + 32.0

I have several others but maybe if someone can please help me, please explain it in easy terms that way I can understand it. I am in college and this class is killing me. I had a major stroke in july and started back to school. This may seem easy to some people but to me its hard. I am going to have to take this class sometime or the other so, I had just as well get it out of the way now.

A couple of other example are

75 F in C
65 F in C

Well, this is a linear equation, but what are you supposed to do with it?
