Ok, what am I missing? One card is selected from a deck of cards. Find the probability of selecting a black card or a card less than 9. (Note: The ace is considered a low card.)

There are 26 blacks cards and there are 28 cards less than 9 including the ace's. Why am I getting 58 over 52? Or is the denominator 26?

Please help.

How many of the cards are both black and less than 9? So how many cards have you counted twice?
