The perimeter of a rectangle is 68 m. The length is 10 m more than twoice the width. Find the dimensions. What is the length? What is the width?

Draw a rectangle.

Label one side “x”.

Label the adjacent side “2x + 10”.

Add all the sides up and set it equal to the perimeter.
