I need help with this probability/proportion question

I'm trying to study for a test and I just don't what to do here.
government obtains juries by selecting people from a list of registered voters. The average age of voters is 39.7 with a standard deviation of 11.8, the distribution of ages is approximately normal.

what proportion of jurors are more than 55 years old?

The first thing you do is make it a z-score, which I believe I got 1.29. After that I'm not sure what to do, I have to look it up on a table, but I'm unsure of what table and where to look on it. I can't use a graphing calculator by the way.

I look it up on the z-table right? But how do I know if its going to be in the tail or body..?
 
We have a normal distribution with mean = 39.7years and a standard distribution of 11.8 years.
A man of 55 is how many sigmas from 39.7?
[55-39.7] / 11.8 = 1.2966 sigma

I do not have a table for the normal distribution. You want the area of the tail from [mean + 1.3 sigma ]t infinity.
