I am to calculate and compare the summary and chart the data
Where do I start? and how is this determined in a hypothesis question I am to write a paragraph summarizing the compared data findings.

Are you saying that your teacher gave this assignment with absolutely no teaching,
and the whole "class" has no idea how to start?

this is an individual assignment where we have to find local real estate prices verses regional prices and collect the data and run hypothesis testing. I am guessing because it wasn't made clear enough ( online classes you know) exactly what they want. I'm thinking a two tailed test due to the two samples. Then we have to chart it with a bellshaped curvewith a skewness +0.5 the prof wants us to plot normal distribution charts of the two data sets. After that we are to calculate and compare the smmary stats and chart the data. NOt sure where to begin. I got the data and now I'm not sure where to go from there. The two- tailed test? :?
