angles and probability

question: what is the probability of any two angles in a general quadrilateral being congruent? i need to know not only the answer but also the method by which the answer was obtained. its for my geometry web quest. i don't know how to do it because i learned probability is:

number of preffered outcomes
--------------------------------------
number of possible outcomes

im stuck because there are infinant possible outcomes and infinant preffered outcomes, but that can't be the answer. plz help.
