factorial expressions: 12!/10! 31!/28! 17!/9! 700!/699! 106!

I'm having problems figeuring these out because i can't find figure out the factorial button on my calculator. Any help would be appreciated. Even if you just tell me how to work it on the calculator. I have a TI-84.
