What have you been taught about these calculations?

What was the method that your text-book suggested?

Please show us your work, indicating exactly where you are stuck, so that we know where to begin to assist you.

Re: sampling error (e15q20)

i just want you to do the problem for me
trust me
it would be a BIG help :D

Re: sampling error (e15q20)

\(\displaystyle E=z\cdot\sqrt{\frac{pq}{n}}\)

Do you have a confidence level?.

Re: sampling error (e15q20)

they do not indicate a confidence level
i was thought 100% level should be assumed if none is specifically listed
thank you for your help and pleasant attitude :)

Re: sampling error (e15q20)

100% confidence level is never used. There is no 100% confidence level because we can never say we are 100% confident.

I would assume 95%. That is mostly the case. Therefore, z=1.96

If we use a 95% C.I., then the margin of error is .049

We subtract from and add to the percentage, which is 56%

.56-.049=.511

.56+.049=.609

Confidence Interval: \(\displaystyle 0.511\leq p\leq 0.609\)

thanks :D :)
