where to start

I'm looking to learn algebra at the college level and i have to admit math has never been a strong point so i've really been looking for a good place to start, learn and brush up on math skills.

That being said i was wondering if anyone knew a good book or where to start with this site that would really walk you through everything and explain it?

I found "...for dummies" to be helpful - however I havenot used the Algebra version.

In the meantime - go to:

start from the top gothrough EVERY practice problem.
