Operation Research help

Hello,

I have this new subject called Operation Research.

We have this first unit which contains syllabus," Linear Programming: formulation, Graphical, Big MMethod & Simplex Method, Duality in L.P.:
Conversion of Primal to Dual only:.

I don't know how to start. I don't even have any book. Any sources you would recommend for material?

Could you help me start with Linear Programming: formulation in newbie language?
