If you have 20 people and you need to make 5 member teams, how many teams would there be? What is the formula for question like this?

\(\displaystyle \binom{20}{5}=\frac{20!}{5!\cdot 15!}\)

I re-read your question. The reply that I gave is the number of ways to form one team of five.

\(\displaystyle \frac{20!}{(5!)^4(4!)}\) is the number of way to partition 20 people into four groups.
