Construct a box-and-whisker plot to display this data.
I don't know how to begin answering this problem and what steps must be done in order for me to get the correct answer.

If you don't know how to begin answering this problem, I have a couple of suggestions. This didn't come at you "out of the blue." Please review your textbook and the notes you've taken in class.
