Help With Statistics Project ASAP!

I need some help on a statistical analysis on a survey I conducted compared to a national survey on whether males get more speeding tickets than females. I need to figure out the z-score and the confidence interval. The data is as follows:
National Survey: 2:1 ratio of male tickets to female tickets
High School Survey: 6:1 ratio of male tickets to female tickets
I really could use any help you give me! Z-score would be great or just the formula to find it because I am confused about how to find the mean. Thank you!!
