Standard Deviation of a Probability Distribution

In a recent study, twenty-two percent of the homes in the United States were found to own an NFL jersey. In a sample of ten homes, What is the standard deviation of the probability distribution?


Alright, I know that I need to determine the variance and then use that to find the standard deviation, however, I am having a problem just discovering how in the to determine the probability distribution. Needing help on this badly.
