Suppose that a random sample of beer is taken to assure the quality of the beer. You select a sample of size 50 from a population with an unknown mean ? and standard deviation ?.

(a) If the mean of all the measurements is 600 lb. and the standard deviation of these is 40 lb., what the estimates of the true mean and the true standard deviation of the population from which the samples were drawn.
(b) What is the standard deviation of this estimate if we were to repeat the sampling many times?
(c) Pallets of 12 beers will be formed and lifted onto carts. What is the probability that the weight of 12 beers on an individual cart will be greater than 15000 lb.?

I've been trying to solve this the whole weekend and have no idea?
Please help
