Suppose 95% of the data fall between 12.3 and 46.8. Using the empirical rule, give an estimate of the standard deviation.

I am not sure where to start on this question.
Thanks

What is the range of the two given values?. Find that, then divide by 4.

Hint:
Assuming normal distribution

(µ + 2?) = 46.8

(µ - 2?) = 12.3
