Which Answer Would Be The Most Accurate?

Ok, so the actual problem says this:"Given the bar graph, create a grouped frequency distribution." Now, I have created two tables, based on the information given in the graph, but I need to know which table is the most accurate? Which would be the most correct?

None of those bars represent a Whole number of hours, so Table 1 is okay, interpreting "6-7", for example, to mean "between 6 and 7 hours".


(What if the number of hours were 6.95? Table 2 cannot account for that.)


If you're concerned that, for example, 7 hours is listed under two different counts, then you could write something like "≥6 and <7", instead.
