Hello,
If I have the confidence interval, and 95% and 90% predication intervals at mean for a set of data, can I figure out the standard deviation? I do not have the original data. I need to do this to make one set of published regression equations comparable to a different set of published regression equations that used the standard deviation as the +/- factor. If it is not possible to figure out the standard deviation without the original data, does anyone have a recommendation about which interval is going to be most similar to the standard deviation, again, in order to facilitate some comparison.
Thank you very much!!!
Andrea

for example: the confidence interval is 1.319, the 95% predication interval is 11.427, and the 90% prediction interval is 9.667.
(I'm not sure if the rest of the data is helpful, but here it is: the constant is 57.208 and the factor is 3.574)
