Formulate and prove the Weak Law of Large Numbers.

Is the http://mathworld.wolfram.com/WeakLawofLargeNumbers.html wolfram page on weak law of large numbers proof required for an exam/ it's worth 16 out of 100 points.

In general, instructors desire to see demonstrations of comprehension over form. (That's my opinion.)

They don't answer those sorts of questions at all.
