Okay, it's asking me that at least 10 flights are on time.
Our Prof, wants us to really use our TI-84's so I go to second vars and go to binomcdf... Since it is a at least we would plug our number in there. I and the number I got was .6480.. The answer is really suppose to be .5643.(technically P(X> or equal to) .5643... So, just wondering where did I go wrong here? Just through a TI84 through 2ND and VARS.
