These questions are really annoying me.

Q.Show that the sum of squared deviations about an arbitrary constant A is least for A=A.M
(A.M stands for Arithmetic Mean.)

Q.The geometric mean (G.M) of n observations is G1 and G.M of m observations is G2. Find the G.M of m+n observations.

I will post more questions later on the thread.
Thanks to anyone who puts in effort for these questions.
