In a Feburary 2007 Harris Poll 881, of 1013 randomly selected adults said that they always wear seatbelts.

a. Compute p hat for the proportion of adults that wear their seatbelt.

b. Prove that a 98% confidence interval can be constructed. Show work and explain why.

c. Determine the critical value for a 98% confidence interval.

d. Find E for a 98% confidence interval.

e. Give the upper and lower bounds for a 98% confidence level.

(Any help would be much appreciated)
