The basketball coach found that 11% of the basketball players have an A average in school. If 2% of the students at the school are basketball players, what is the probability that a student chosen at random will be a basketball player with an A average?
 
Suppose there are 1000 students in the school. How many are basketball players? How many of them have an A average? So how many students in the school have an A average?

Without seeing your work, I don't know where you are getting stuck.

Are you learning about conditional probability?
......P(A | player) = 0.11
How do you get from that to P(A & player)?
