Resultans multiplication problem

First of all sorry, but my English are bad. I'll try to translate the problem I have been trying to solve for a week.
There is a triangle ABC. Find the point M, so that the following equation is true (the following are resultants, so there are arrows above them):
AM + 3BM = CM


So now, what I have to do is to efface the "M" to be able to create a true equation between A, B and C. The problem is that I can't efface it, because I have three BM and can only efface two of them using CM and AM. If it was like 2CM, or 2AM it would be very easy. Please answer me because I'm stuck here for over a week.
