compute a 95% confidence interval for job applicants

A sample of 100 job applications included 30 men. Find the 95% confidence interval of the true proportion of men who applied for the job.

((0.30*0.70)/100)^(1/2)=0.04583

0.30-1.96(0.04583), 0.30+1.96(0.04583)
0.21, 0.3898

Is this correct?

Thanks

YES - but I wouldn't put so many significant figures on the upper limit - (0.21, 0.39)
