Testing for performance enhancing drugs has been used for years in Pro-Sports. It has been reported that 12.1% of MLB players have tested positive. Suppose this figure came from a random sample of 600 players with 73 testing positive for PEDs. Does this support the claim that over 10% of MLB players test positive for performance enhancing drug use?

I think I'm not understanding what the question is asking...

73/600 = 73x100 / 600 = is 12.1666 % I answered yes, because that is over 10%, this is obviously incorrect because I got the answer wrong.:( What should I have done? Help please.
