Six stand-up comics, A, B, C, D, E, and F, are to perform on a single evening at a comedy club. The order of performance is determined by random selection. Find the probability (in fractional form) that:

a. Comic E will perform third.
b. Comic B will perform fourth and Comic A will perform fifth.
c. The comedians will perform in the following order: E, B, A, C, D, F.
d. Comic D or Comic F will perform third.

can anyone help me plz?? I cant understand and do this problem. Thank you

Hello Caroline:

This is the type of information that you should post up front.

The volunteers at this site will not know anything about your situation, until you tell them.

What specifically confuses you, about this practice exercise. For example, is there a word or phrase that you do not understand?

Please read the summary page of our posting guidelines, before posting again.

Thank you!
