i came across this problem and i cannot find out what i did wrong

the problem says:

If x is 66 2/3 (66 and 2/3 or 66.6repeating) percent of y, then y is what percent of x?

(a) 33 1/3%
(b) 75%
(c) 133 1/3%
(d) 150%
(e)166 2/3%

I put (a) as an answer because i thought that i just need to find the remainder of the percent
(so i did 100-66 2/3) if that even makes sense.
but the answer key says it is (d).
i am at a point where i dont even know what i dont know so please help and tell me what i need to do to solve these kind of problems.

If x is 66 2/3 (66 and 2/3 or 66.6repeating) percent of y → x = 2/3 * y → y = 3/2 * x

Now continue....
