I roll a 1000-sided die 164 times. What is the probability that any side will be rolled 4 or more times?

Assume all sides are equally likely to be rolled.

What is the probability that any side will turn up once = 1

What is the probability that same side will turn-up second time in 164 throws (exactly twice)?
