the typical Australian tropical cyclone season 1 November to 30 April averages around 12 tropical cyclones. we assume the prob of arrival of a cyclone is the same for any given month of season

a ) what is the probability that Australia will experience 5 cyclones in a period of 1 months of cyclone season

b) what is the probability that Australia will experience at least 5 cyclones in a period of 2 months of the cyclone season

c) in the season 2013-2014 Australia experienced 10 tropical cyclones. Does it indicate that the number of cyclones per season is decreasing support answer bu indicating relevant probability ?
