Alternative Hypothesis, sampling distribution, decision rule, test statistic

The enclosed is the question I need to ace to understand the chapter fully. I thought I understood null hypothesis better. I would like to see this worked out with the steps shown. Thank you very much!

The problem says "The hospital is interested in determining whether the mean number of latex gloves used is less than 20 per week". So the "null hypothesis" would be that "the number of latex gloves use is greater than or equal to 20 per week". The "alternative hypothesis" is that "the number of latex gloves used is less than 20 per week".

What about the rest of the questions? I am confused where to even start based on sample sizes. Thank you.
