I'm doing a Microsoft excel exercise using Excel functions:
In a particular city, it is believed that 19% of people (who are eligible to vote there) support the Liberal Democrat party. If 29 people (who are eligible to vote there) are selected at random, what is the probability that more than 10 will support the Liberal Democrats?
The Norm.dist function doesn't seem to apply to this question would like help please
