What is smoothing (as it relates to this question)? Where and why is it used? What are the different types of smoothing techniques you have been introduced to in this course?

What is exponential smoothing? How is the smoothing parameter used in exponential smoothing?

After we are sure of the foundation, we will help you to get to the solution.
