George claims that he is 3 years less than 3 times as old as his niece Pam will be in one year from now. Let p= Pams age now. Write an expersion to represent Georges age.

What expression stands for "Pam's age one year from now"? What expression stands for "three times as old" as her age then? What expression stands for "three less than" amount?
