Slot Calculation: 5 reels, 8 signs (one of those sign is "BAR" sign, 7 are fruits)

Hi!

Does someone know how to calculate winning odds at slot machines?
For example: 5 reels, 8 signs (one of those sign is "BAR" sign, 7 are fruits)

Jackpot (5 BAR signs) happens every 5^8 or 1:32768

How many combinations are for:
5 Bar signs: 1 combination
4 Bar signs: 7x5 = 35 combinations
3 Bar bar signs: ?
2 bar signs: ?
1 bar sign: ?

What about fruits?
5 same fruits: 7 combinations (because there's 7 fruits)
4 fruits: ?
3 fruits: ?

Would be great if someone can show me how to calculate it :)
